Job Description:

In this position, you will be responsible for the daily management of multiple retail store and kiosk locations. In addition, you will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, coaching and developing a winning retail sales team. This is a high transaction environment that is extremely customer focused.Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily direction, sales training and guidance to sales team members in a multi-location retail environment.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain a winning team of consistent overachievers.
  • Lead regular sales team meeting.
  • Responsible for inventory associated with the sales process.
  • Accountable for all Clearwire policies and procedures associated with Retail Sales.
  • Provide individual coaching and developmental training for sales reps.
  • Manage individual sales rep daily activity, including:o Sales presentationso Closing skillso Knowledge of competitiono Customer contactso After sales follow upo Outbound/Inbound Telemarketing
  • Create and manage daily/weekly/monthly sales activity reports.
  • Manage and motivate team to capture sales opportunities through community events, retail partnerships, support of B2E activities.
  • Establish strong relationships in local community.
  • Partner with Clearwire’s Field marketing to develop programs to increase store sales at the market level.
  • Provide customer service for walk-in customer issues after customer care hours.Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3+ years successful experience in a retail sales environment. Ideal experience managing a multiple retail location environment.
  • 2+ years of successful experience managing a highly dynamic, aggressive sales team in a retail environment
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional leader with passion and dedication for mentoring and coaching sales reps to success
  • Out of the box thinking
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, constantly changing entrepreneurial environment
  • Effective leadership skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Knowledge of wireless, data communications, voice and telecommunications technology a plus
  • Must have valid state drivers license
