In addition to the responsibilities of the mortgage loan transactions operations/servicing (MLO) loan servicing specialist, handles more complex transactions and is more skilled and tenured. Works more independently than less seasoned specialists. May assist with training and coaching of associates and/or distribution of work to associates. May obtain credit reports, inspections, surveys, and title work. Contacts customer with any questions or concerns.
