Job Description
PRIMARY FUNCTION:

The Financial Analyst Manager manages the design, development and implementation of programs to enhance and monitor company performance. Company performance covers areas such as operations and asset management.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree required preferably in Finance, Accounting, or
Business. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a financial
analyst and a minimum of 2 years of experience in management.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial modeling.
• Advanced knowledge and use of Excel.

PREFERRED OFFICE/MACHINE EQUIPMENT EXPERIENCE:

• Strong personal computer skills. Experience with Microsoft Office,
printer, fax machine, electronic mail and 10-key calculator. Access
or other database programs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Responsibilities include:
• Manage Qtly Physical Inventory review process of both divisions
for audit and reporting.
• Qtly financial review to Executive Team
• Oversee administration of Pay for Performance programs for Field
personnel.
• Perform financial analysis of business opportunities and
operational change programs.
• Analyze metrics and other key business indicators to track
management and business performance.
• Perform profitability analysis on transportation routes and fleet.
• Produce financial information on profitability, productivity, and
performance.
• Provide financial advice and counsel to departments and
management.
• Must maintain a good attendance record.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Monthly reporting functions.
• Perform any other duties as needed.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervises and offers leadership to subordinates in accordance with the organization's policies and guidelines. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems as needed.
