Job Description

Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute Construction Claims Service Line strategies and programs for the NYC metropolitan Construction Claims Services (CCS) Region.
  • Market and promote construction claims services, management of
    projects, financial planning, and control for a region.
  • Establish and maintain professional business relations with clients.
  • Create sales forecasts and increase revenue to exceed established goals for the Construction Claims Practice.
  • Attend and/or present at trade related conferences.
  • Review and maintain all required corporate reporting.

  • Job Requirements
    Position requirements include, but are not limited to: Strong construction claims analysis and resolution and project management skills. Solid business experience in business development and operations management. Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Minimum years of experience: 15+ years of related progressive construction claims analysis and resolution experience, expert testimony and program and project management experience in a leadership role.
  • Education required: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Law, or a closely related field from an accredited university.
  • Education preferred: Master's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Law, or a closely related field from an accredited university.
  • Registrations/Certifications required: New York P.E., RA, CCM or Esq.
  • This position does require travel. Travel amount is up to 25%.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required for this position.
