Description Position: Account Representative (AR)
Location: Bethlehem, PA
Status: Full-time

Stratix Systems is seeking a career-minded sales professional with one to two years business-to-business selling experience to fill the role of Account Representative in our Bethlehem (Lehigh Valley), PA office.

Stratix Systems will provide the AR with extensive on-the-job training throughout the first year. Our “earn while you learn” approach allows the AR to receive full compensation while gaining a solid knowledge of the industry. During the AR’s initial training period, focus will be placed on three main aspects – sales, solutions and systems. Due to the fact that sales and solutions training is a continuous process, professional development is provided to the entire Stratix Systems sales team on a regular basis.

The company leadership team at Stratix Systems will provide proactive support – coaching and mentoring - to develop the AR throughout their career. Stratix will also provide extensive resources to assist the AR throughout the sales process to maximize their efficiency.

Stratix Systems will provide the AR with a protected territory, which contains both existing customers and targeted prospects. In addition, the AR will have the before- and after-sale support of Stratix Systems’ full complement of in-house industry experts.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelors Degree from an accredited four-year university/college
• 1-2 years business-to-business sales experience
• Experience in field-based and telephone sales


PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
• Successful track record in selling solutions
• Consultative/Solutions sales
• Proven track record of sales success
• Appointment setting
• Qualify / prospect for new business
• Manage internal resources during sales process
• Presentation of company and solutions

REQUIRED COMPUTER SKILLS:
The AR is required to be proficient in various Microsoft (MS) operating system (OS) environments (XP / Vista) as well as MS Office suite; particularly in the following applications:
• Word
• Excel
• PowerPoint


OTHER COMPUTER EXPERIENCE:
Additional experience using applications, like those listed below, will also prove helpful in areas such as:
• Customer relationship management using ACT or SalesLogix
• Collaborative packages such as Microsoft SharePoint
