Senior Software Engineer (Java, C++, .NET)
We are looking for a driven, creative individual to join a strong software engineering team in our Professional Services organization. This individual should be comfortable with developing in multiple languages and on multiple platforms on a regular basis. Solid time management skills and a willingness to embrace new technologies are desired. A high comfort level with C++ and Java is required, as well as an understanding of databases, XML and common protocols.
Experience Requirements
� Minimum of five years of software development. experience utilizing a variety of languages, including C++ and Java.
� Must have knowledge of network programming with TCP/IP.
� Must have experience in developing web applications and client-server applications.
� Must be proficient in both Windows and Unix development environments.
� Strong knowledge of Oracle and PL/SQL.
� Experience developing for J2EE application servers such as Weblogic, Websphere and Tomcat.
� Proficient with standard Java development tools, including ANT, CVS, log4J and Junit.
� Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
� Ability to work closely with customers and business stakeholders. Customer-facing experience is a plus.

Education Requirements
� Bachelor�s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
You will act an architect to learn the product and then join a project and assist with the design. You will work the full life cycle and then direct others as a "task manager"...each PM shares development and test resources. You will be handed a set of tasks and direct the development team while meeting the criteria on the requirement.
