Current Need
We are currently seeking a Sales Assistant for our Indianapolis, IN Distribution Center.
Position Description
The Sales Assistant will be Responsible for providing a high level of support to outside sales representatives, sales managers and customers. Assists the Sales Administration Manager with the daily support of the field sales organization, including clerical support, internal and external customer service, sales rep paperwork, and product replenishment to Sales Reps.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Process, post and reconcile daily sales transactions including the processing of credits/manuals.
2. Handheld support for the field including fast file generation, matrix maintenance, problem/issue resolution.
3. Process replenishment pick tickets, UPS orders and drop ships. Back-up for special orders.
4. New rep & invoice range set up, reviewing and validating invoice signatures, running credit hold program
5. Back up to Product Support group on customer service, product questions, van cycle counts, negative qty on hand
Minimum Requirements
2+ years General Office experience
1+ years Sales/ Customer Service experience desired.
Education
HS Diploma, Vocational Training or Equivalent
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform lifting (aprox 10 lbs) + general office demands.
