Position Details:
Start Date: November 2, 2009
Resume will be required - please submit online
Schedule Information - 40 hours per week
Required Availability: Mon-Fri 7:00AM-8:00PM, Sat/Sun 8:00AM-5:00PM

Summary:
Associate is responsible for receiving inbound customer service calls, fulfilling the customer’s inquiries/requests and cross selling customers on various Capital One products while seamlessly creating a high level of customer satisfaction. Associate is required to be well educated on the features and benefits of all products. Associate must be a team player who will adopt and share best practices among peers.

Responsibilities:
  • Receive inbound customer service calls and provide the highest level of quality to all Capital One customers
  • Analyze customer needs and determine qualifications for various product offers
  • Sell the features and benefits of a wide variety of Capital One products
  • Overcome customer concerns/objections
  • Cross sell customers on various Capital One products
  • Stay abreast of all changes, developments and enhancements for all systems, products and upgrades. 


    • Job Requirements 

    Basic Qualifications:
  • 6 months of experience in a sales environment
  • High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
  • 1 Year of customer service experience

    Preferred Qualifications:
  • 6 months of telesales experience
  • 1 year of experience in a financial sales environment
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Associates or Bachelors Degree
  • Proficient with all Microsoft applications
  • Previous Banking experience
