Job Description 

Kelly Services is currently recruiting for:

 Provide technical support on all software applications to customers.  Provide prompt and accurate technical information and troubleshooting on all products as requested by customers through phone and e-mail support.

 Receive incoming technical questions and provides prompt, accurate answers and solutions.

  •          Provide efficient, technical troubleshooting support on software products.

  •          Relay pertinent product information from customers to the company so the company can continue to improve its products and services.

  •          Provide customers one-on-one product training/support though remote service.

  •          Document and transfer pre-sale calls to the appropriate sales team for action.

  •          Assist in the integration of new technologies to the company.

  •          Document customer feedback.

  •          Document bugs and features of products.

  •          Perform testing of software products and suggest improvements.

  •          Configure databases and reports for customers and project managers.

  •          Update software user manuals and on-line help site.

         Associates degree in a technical field such as Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent related work experience required.  

  •  Experience in technical support or customer service preferred.

  •          Must be able to effectively assess and troubleshoot technical and product problems.

  •          Ability to recognize, design, develop and implement troubleshooting guidelines.

  •          Strong computer and software skills (Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft SQL, Oracle, Networking, Drivers, Internet Explorer, File Transfer Protocol, Graphics) required.

  •          Must be willing to take on and learn new technologies.

  •          Superior customer empathy, tact, and diplomacy required.

  •          Ability to patiently and efficiently guide customers through technical procedures to resolve product application troubles. 

  •        Spanish language skills preferred.
