Accountabilities in this role - Responsible for managing the VMueller base instrument surgical instrument product portfolio
- Define the VMueller Portfolio strategy
- Define sales channel including managing expectations for external sales team
- Collaborate with R&D, Sourcing, and Sales to ensure alignment of initiatives
- Perform all activities related to commercialization and key product launches including pricing, positions, placement, training and marketing mix
- Matrix management skills needed to work with Leadership Team, Marketing, R&D, Sourcing and Sales
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in marketing or business related field
- 5+ years experience in managing business operations, business development, marketing or sales positions in the health care industry
- Experience in marketing, sales, sourcing, strategy human resource management, and product development
- Must possess strong leadership, communication, strategic thinking skills
- Surgical and Medical device experience desired
- Use of all office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, etc. Use of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
