Accountabilities:

  • Attain designated sales targets with existing Follett customers by selling digital classroom products new to the market

  • Develop new revenue streams by securing contracts with school districts currently beta testing our new digital classroom products and then moving to non-beta sites

  • Effectively manage an assigned territory, constantly building pipelines that lead to final sales

  • Participate in a Sales team directly linked to the strategic goals of the business unit
  • Requirements


    What you bring to our winning team:

  • Four or more years of sales experience selling education technology products: curriculum products, classroom based tools, student information systems, etc.

  • Strong knowledge of the K-12 marketplace including trends, customer needs and effectively selling to educators. K-12 is a strict requirement for this position

  • Bachelors degree in Business or Marketing, Masters Degree preferred

  • Established history in effectively calling on school district personnel including Superintendents, Directors and C-level decision makers for schools

  • Experience selling a product at the final stages of development

  • Knowledge of SPIN selling concepts a plus
