Job Description

The Patina Restaurant Group has an excellent opportunity available at our Corporate Headquarters in Downtown Los Angeles for a Marketing Manager to develop, lead and manage comprehensive marketing programs that drive specific and measurable sales and traffic for our company while being directly accountable for each marketing program which impacts sales for the company (high-end restaurant/food service industry). Additional responsibilities include:

Creating and implementing marketing programs and developing long-term strategies and plans.

Supporting the implementation of a variety of programs to ensure the success of our Company.

Managing the creative process on a wide variety of projects, from advertising (print/broadcast/online) to collateral materials and web initiatives such as e-blasts and web pages.

Serving as a liaison between corporate and the restaurant Directors, GMs and Chefs in marketing initiatives.

Creating tools for internal and external communication.

Identifying market opportunities to generate restaurant traffic and drive profitable sales.

Accountability for ROI.


Job Requirements

Background/Requirements for this position include:

  • A Bachelors Degree


  • A minimum of 3 years Marketing experience (restaurant operations experience a plus)


  • Hard-working, detail oriented, enthusiastic and highly creative, able to work autonomously or in a group


  • Excellent verbal communication skills


  • Proficient in analyzing sales data


  • Proficient with various computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; InDesign a plus


  • Organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills


  • Ability to manage multiple projects, with tight deadlines, simultaneously
