Warehouse Customer Service

Job Description

Do you enjoy helping people? Can you think on your feet? Do you have at least 2 years in customer service? Would you be comfortable working in a warehouse environment?

We are currently seeking Customer Service Professionals that will interact with customers (via phone) on a constant basis throughout the day. You'll be there to help answer any questions and you'll be there to work with the customers & the delivery drivers. There is a TON of phone work with this position and you'll have to be very quick at data entry on the PC. This is a temporary to permanent position and could lead to an exciting career with a VERY LARGE LONG ISLAND COMPANY!

You must have flexibility with your work hours.

The basic schedule is as follows: Sun & Mon--12 noon to 8pm, Tues & Wed 10am--6pm, Off Thursday & Friday , Sat. 10am --6pm

Working hours: Sun & Mon--12 noon to 8pm, Tues & Wed 10am--6pm, Off Thursday & Friday , Sat. 10am --6pm (Schedule flexibility is a must)

Job Requirements

You MUST have at least 2 years of proven customer service. Call center experience is a plus. You must have great data entry skills and be very comfortable with computers. Schedule flexibility is also a must.
