Corporate Card Specialist
Job Description
Corporate Card Specialist -- EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS REQUIRED
Job Description:
Review and determine appropriateness of issuance of new corporate cards based on application data
Review and prepare resolutions/response to correspondence from American Express
Collaborate with American Express representatives and Company colleagues in various firm departments to manage and coordinate all Amex related activities
Track and communicate appropriateness of terminated accounts or revise status of existing accounts
Respond timely and accurately to corporate card inquiries which have been escalated
Alert management of any urgent issues in a timely manner
Work with Supervisor to manage the various Amex Card monitoring and delinquency processes
Track and communicate appropriateness of terminated and declined card accounts
Research questions on policies and procedures and following up with caller for final resolution
Respond to telephone or email inquiries from partners and/or staff regarding firm processes, programs, systems, and/or policies.
Interact with partners and staff assisting with regulatory and compliance issues
Requiements:
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent telephone skills
Highly proficient in Access Databases, Lotus Notes and Excel.
Proven ability in the following areas: Change Agility, Contributing to Team Success, Communicating with Impact, Focus on the Client, Demonstrating Courage and Integrity, Acquiring and Applying Technical Expertise, Continuously Learning and Sharing Knowledge
Prefer previous Amex Corpprate Card Program experience
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
