Job Summary
This position will represent the Enterprise Technology organization relative to Project Management and Business Analysis. Responsible for full lifecycle management of development and implementation projects, including business analysis skills associated with defining and solving technical requirements associated with internal and external clientele. Participation in internal development efforts associated with ongoing methodology, systems, quality assurance, and training programs. Reports to Manager - Project Management Services.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Responsibilities and tasks associated with full lifecycle project management, consistent with BCD Travel standard PM concepts, practices and procedures within the Enterprise Technology organization.
Key highlights include:
Requirements and scope analysis, documentation, and validation.
Lifecycle project planning.
Managing processes associated with SRB review/reporting.
Development of test and acceptance plans.
Stakeholder communications and reporting.
Methodology compliance.
Quality assurance.
Providing PM subject matter expertise as needed.
Use of internal productivity tools, including MS Office and Tempo.
Mentoring / coaching of project management team, as requested.
Assume and perform other duties and responsibilities not specially outlined herein, but which are logically and properly inherent to the position.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Transferable Skills
Expertise in general and IT Project Management

Qualifications
Full lifecycle technical project management experience with application development and/or implementation projects (3 year minimum)
Experience relative to technical development and analysis (2 year minimum)
Experience relative to quality assurance activities associated with application development and/or implementation projects (1 year minimum)
Familiarity with travel industry, particularly with regard to the use of technology.
Strong PM and professional skills (as outline above)
Understanding of critical success factors associated with IT Project Management
Familiar with Microsoft Office suite of products
Project Management Certification (PMP) strongly preferred
Physical Requirements
Travel necessary at times
Some lifting required at times (<50 pounds)
