We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Global Regional Sales Manager. In this position, you will manage a team of experienced sales representatives and the sales activities within the designated market, providing high levels of advice and counsel and helping to drive their contract activity. This includes establishing revenue and profitability goals and developing schedules and performance requirements.
Responsibilities of the Regional Sales Manager also include:
Interprets and executes policies and procedures that typically affect subordinate organizational units.
Recommends modifications to operating policies.
Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires review of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.
Acts as an advisor to subordinates on work issues, and/or resolve technical functional problems within own organization or across peer group managers. Interaction outside immediate organization may involve the resolution and/or negotiation of issues/agreements affecting own organization.
Accomplishes results through Sales Employees within a region.
Expert command of company policies, practices & procedures
Expert command of company product offerings and their applications
Qualified candidates will possess:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales or marketing experience
7 or more years of experience selling professional services
4 or more years of supervisory/managerial experience
Industry experience is highly preferred
Staff development, performance, diversity, and employee turnover management skills
Expert knowledge of sales and marketing practices, theories, concepts, and techniques
