Pharmacy Technicians and Customer Service Representatives
Description:
Volt is currently recruiting for Customer Service Representatives as well as licensed and non-licensed Pharmacy Technicians! Positions will be working in a fast paced, high volume, call center environment.

Job Responsibilities:
Answers incoming calls to assist customers/pharmacies/physicians with orders and reorders, benefit eligibility questions and prescription status inquiries. Escalates drug related calls to appropriate pharmacist. Assist pharmacies and members on all issues related to processing of pharmacy claims. Determines appropriateness of overriding pharmacy claims edits and error messages. Coordinates internal resolution of claims exceptions and other issues. Initiates correspondence with members regarding claims rejections and other benefit interpretation. Makes outbound calls on prescriptions with hold orders and payment issues. May also assist in logging in of new prescription orders. Educates customers on benefits, use of plan, formulary, premiums and status of orders, claims or inquiries.

Requirements:
Candidates MUST have call center customer service experience. Healthcare or Pharmacy experience required. Candidates must be experienced with computers and multiple software programs, as well as patient, caring, with good communication skills. Candidates should also possess the ability to multi-task. Attention to detail is a must in this position!

Pay Rate: 13.00 - 13.00 Hourly DOE
