Job Description
Classification: Temporary

Compensation: $9.50 to $10.00 per hour

JOB SUMMARY:
The Customer Care Representatives will be responsible for answering inbound calls from various customer support projects, and will be ultimately responsible for answering customer questions pertaining to eligibility status, account activation, order status and billing status for GPS Navigation enabled cell phones.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Respond accordingly to customer issues.
• Accurately record data.
• Notify supervisor about customer trends.
• Answer calls immediately and professionally.
• Be knowledgeable on all aspects of the device.
• Navigate through on-line systems.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Relay correct information to proper source.
• Successfully pass work specific training as provided by client.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Experience in Data Entry.
• Ability to "talk and type."
• Minimum of 30wpm.
• Reasoning Ability/Interpretation Skills
• Well developed Analytical skills are essential.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written/oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving different variables in standardized situations.
• Ability to learn and retain information through continuous up-training on client specific products and services.
