Function: Finance General Family: Financial Planning & Analysis What Financial Planning & Analysis contributes to CareFusion: Financial Planning and Analysis is responsible for Providing financial analysis and reporting to support management decision-making.

Accountabilities in this role - Must have a demonstrated ability to drive turnaround projects
- Will collaborate with functional teams and business groups
- Will be responsible for gathering and delivering corporate reporting from a disparate set of systems
- Must understand Business Operations and demonstrate operational expertise - Experience within a manufacturing and sales environment very helpful
- Accounting responsibilities for a business unit with ~100M in revenues
- Will lead a team of 4 to 5 Financial and Systems Analysts
Qualifications - BA/BS in accounting or finance; CPA or MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 yrs experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- SAP knowledge preferred
- Proficient in developing people and leading teams required
