We are currently seeking a Sales Director for the Northern New England region, based in Cambridge, MA. Within this integral position you will lead the execution of regional marketing strategy processes and transfers marketing strategy into sales objectives.  Manage sales force through Sales Management Team to achieve financial and non-financial goals. Work in partnership with the Managing Director to enhance key customer relationships to grow the business.  Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and company requirements and guidelines.  Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of sales effectiveness and the business including Six Sigma.

We require:

  •        10 years of sales/marketing experience including 5 years in a managerial capacity

  •        Significant leadership experience in managing a sales force for an enterprise with revenue in excess of $100 million

  •        Demonstrated sales performance and sales leadership skills

  •        Strategically and results driven with demonstrated strategic planning skills

  •        Track record of developing management talent including embracing diversity

  •        Relationship building, communication and teamwork

  •        Demonstrated personal adaptability and the ability to drive change

  •        Experience in mergers/acquisitions and successful integration of multiple operations

  •        Strong results orientation

  •        A BA/BS in business, marketing or related discipline is preferred
