Current RN licensure in good standing in residing state.
An Associate's Degree (A.A) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one (1) year related experieince and/or training
Solid ability to interact and build relationships with older adults.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Strong team building and mentoring skills.
Prior long term care and/or Skilled Nursing experience required.
At least one year experience in restorative preferred
