Sourcing Analyst
Responsibilities include:
�Responsible for leading individual sourcing initiatives that address key business unit needs for the Outsourcing/Outside Fished Products, which will include the Dispenser category, WWS category, FSS category and the Retail category, but also may support additional categories as needed (e.g., Communication Papers, Copacking, Packaging Business, etc).�Must work closely with the relevant business units to identify, prioritize, and support ongoing sourcing and procurement needs.

Support the commercial requirements of the assigned categories for the Outsourcing / Outside Finished Products Team in the areas of: supply market trends, internal usage / demand data collection, category strategy development including value creation strategies, supplier identification, sourcing strategies, utilize eSourcing tools, bid development and evaluation, contract negotiations, internal and external contract compliance, supplier development, supplier quality and relationship management, as well as performance tracking and reporting of value creation (cost savings, incremental margin, cost avoidance, etc.) and other key category and supplier performance metrics.
�
Ability to analyze complex data, using a total cost of ownership approach, to arrive at sourcing conclusions, identify alternatives, assess associated risks, and conduct scenario analysis.�Must be able to synthesize and structure results for oral and written presentations.
�
Must be able to support development and execution of sourcing implementation plans. Monitor, track, and report on success of implementation. �Analyze results to measure value creation and ensure ongoing support of key category strategies.
�
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor�s degree in Supply Chain,�Business, or Engineering��required.
Advanced MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint experience required.
Project management experience required.
�
Professional certification or advanced degree a plus
�
Knowledge/Skills:
Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.�
Knowledge of strategic sourcing, continuous improvement methods, SAP, eSourcing tools (e.g., eRFx, eAuction) and manufacturing operations.
