POSITION INFORMATION
Shift Supervisor
Position Description:

-Works effectively with store manager and crew.
  • Supervise store crew; assign, direct, follow up.
  • Will open and/or close the store.
  • Effectively communicate info to management
  • Greet all customers with eye's, hi's, and help.
  • Handle all customer relations issues properly.
  • Merchandise presentation; displays, signing.
  • Handle all cash functions; keys, safe, registers
  • Conduct walkthroughs of the store
  • Help with loss prevention techniques.
  • Train, develop, and evaluate hourly employees.
  • Establish emotional connections with customers.

    Some supervisory experience is preferred but not mandatory. The candidate will need to be flexible to work many different hours of the week to include days, evenings, and weekends. We are looking for positive, upbeat, and enthusiastic people with strong customer service skills and a pleasant demeanor. Quality, dependable people with a strong work ethic and teamwork approach.     Position could be FT also in addition to PT.
