We currently have an exciting Temporary to Hire opportunity for a Jr Product Manager for our customer, who is the leader in the Hospital Device Industry located in the Far North Suburbs.
Responsibilities and prospects for professional growth include: Product Manager will be responsible for managing marketing activities for the disposable devices/products contained in the Hospital Devices business unit. Product responsibilities are for IV equipment and IV products. Duties will include supporting marketing objectives, implementing an effective marketing plan, developing, coordinating, strategic and tactical plans to support the products and achieve target sales and margin goals.
Additional responsibilities will include monitoring, product forecasting, and assisting in support of relationships with third party business partners. Creating and implementing product enhancements and line extensions, providing product and training support to the sales organization. Supporting effective relationships with key opinion leaders, trade organizations, and customers.
Education and experience required: -Candidate must possess a BS/BA degree relevant to position. -Must have a minimum of 3-5 years medical sales/sales management/marketing experience. -Must have Clinical Marketing experience. -Candidate should have strong product and market knowledge, decision-making, analytical, and communication skills. -Beneficial experience in the following is desired Training, Contract Marketing, Finance, or Medical in the Healthcare Industry.
