Today, we are proud to offer 20 seasonal Customer Service opportunities in the Woodbury, Minnesota area. These are full-time positions (40 hours per week) and offer a pay rate of $11.50/hour. These assignments are expected to last through January and possibly longer. Candidates must be able to work on weekends and holidays (i.e. Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day).

As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include the following:

• Respond to client inquiries regarding accounts, products and procedures
• Resolve problems identified by the client (e.g., correct insufficient funds errors or problems, research and correct out of balance conditions, research and correct miscellaneous account errors)
• Generate and complete new sales transactions (e.g., communicate add-on product/service information to existing clients, answer client questions regarding the nature and purpose of add-on products, send product information/materials to client)
• Initiate sales opportunities with clients by making them aware of additional products and services and follow through to sell these products
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the ability to perform each of these duties satisfactorily

Available sliding start shifts (sliding shift means you would have to be available to start any time between the 2 hour time frame):

• 11:00am - 1:00pm (the latest you would work is 9:30pm)
• 1:00pm - 3:00pm (the latest you would work is 11:30pm)
• 4:00pm - 6;00pm (the latest you would work is 2:30am)

Skills/Experience required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Excellent customer service skills with 1 year experience in a customer service related position or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong communication skills
