Bilingual Spanish Mortgage Call Center Professionals Needed for Fortune 100 Financial Services Firm in Milwaukee!

Our client, a diversified financial services company with $436 billion in assets and 150,000 employees is adding PART TIME and FULL TIME CALL CENTER PROFESSIONALS to its team! Due to increased volume they are growing fast!

Responsibilities Include:
  • Performing a variety of loan servicing tasks within a call center environment
  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Will be providing customer account updates, verifying loan documentation and credit information
  • Resolving problems regarding documentation issues
  • May assist in researching and resolving discrepancies
  • Updating and counseling borrowers on their status of their file, while also providing options and walking them through the process
  • Processing routine to complex transactions on-line
  • Resolving routine to moderately complex problems and inquires and referring difficult problems to specialists

    Working hours: Potential shifts available:
    1st shift full time & Part time evening positions

    Job Requirements

    Qualifications:
  • Able to speak, read and write Spanish fluently
  • Must have 6 months experience preferably in a call center environment or banking, customer service/call center, loss mitigation, mortgage industry, sales or collections
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Professional demeanor
