Hours:  800 am to 430 pm

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Valid licensure required
  • Previous experience required
  • ~CB~Responsible for developing, enhancing, and implementing an education and orientation program for the Home Care Division ensuring that all available assets, technology, intellectual property, and clinical protocols are utilized consistently at each location of operation.  Will serve as a super-user of the homecare homebase system and incorporate that knowledge into all training and education initiatives.  Will be one of several homecare homebase designated liaisons.
    Recruitment Requirements:       
     
  • RN or health care degree required.
  • BSN or counterbalancing experience required.  MSN or other Master Degree a plus.
  • Current New Jersey or PA clinical license.
  • Project management experience (preferred)
  • Management or consulting experience (preferred).
  • Minimum five years home care and / or hospice experience.
  • Knowledge of clinical practice standards and history of developing teaching programs.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build consensus with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to incorporate technological capabilities into education and training programs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and other PC applications.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment.
  • Able to function in a rapidly changing health care system which may necessitate flexible working hours, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Able to facilitate change and manage shifts in organizational culture.
  • Ability to function as a committee member or task force leader.
  • Willing to travel to all Holy Redeemer Home Care offices.
  • Valid Driver's license.
