Four Seasons is an innovative agency located in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina. We currently serve 220 hospice and 350 palliative care patients, have a 19 bed inpatient unit and a staff of over 200 employees. For over 25 years, we have been serving the end of life needs of the citizens of Henderson County. Our organization has developed into one of the premier hospice and palliative care programs in the country.

Four Seasons is looking for experienced LPNs to provide 1:1 crisis/end of life care to Hospice patients in home, ALF, or Nursing Home settings. These PRN openings with our Crisis Care Team will work nights 7pm-8am (days of the week varied). Schedule flexibility is needed. Required NC license with a minimum of one year experience.
