Job Responsibilities:
SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for the direct sale of company products and services by identifying, estimating or coordinating and selling projects so as to meet or exceed his/her Booking and Booked Gross Margin budgets.

� Develop new business opportunities
� May prepare estimates and take offs
� Qualify prospective sales opportunities to determine which opportunities to pursue
� Prepare sales proposals
� Write specifications
� Generate and implement sales presentations
� Process and analyze feasibility assessments and/or all bid/contract documents
� Develop and implement sales strategies
� From time to time assist other departments with project implementation, service activities, collection issues and cash management
� Assists in mentoring and coaching other sales employees
� Other duties may be assigned

EDUCATION:
� Four (4) year college degree required or equivalent work experience
EXPERIENCE:
� Five years related work experience required
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
� Strong verbal and written communication skills
� Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
� Excellent organizational skills
� Excellent leadership skills
� TAC product knowledge is required
