GENCO has an immediate opening for an experienced Account Manager at our GENCO Pharmaceutical Services (GPS) division in Milwaukee, WI. GPS is the leader in pharmaceutical return good processing. The Account Manager is responsible for providing customers with quality service to bring resolution to issues.
The Account Manager is responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries promptly, identifying issues and concerns, and providing appropriate solutions
- Contacting customers to resolve issues related to missing or invalid data or discrepancies with returned product
- Resolving routine reconciliation issues and researching shipment discrepancies
- Improving individual performance by focusing on process and procedure improvements within position
- Creating and presenting quarterly business reviews for clients
