The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins and lease renewals including interacting with prospective and current residents. Activities include generating and handling traffic in and out of the office, guiding prospective residents on tours of the property, ensuring prospects meet the company's leasing qualifications, preparing lease documents and completing move-in paperwork, leasing apartments and following all procedures in accordance with applicable laws and company policies. Duties also include, marketing, processing service requests and follow-up with prospective residents. The Leasing Consultant also provides exemplary customer service.
