Qualifications
Responsibilities
�Develop, plan and drive implementation of paid and natural search marketing programs to deliver the planned traffic and revenue for searshomeservices.com.
�Manage day-day paid search program for searshomeservices.com
�Direct agency to meet and exceed BU objectives for the overall program and by BU: revenue, expense, ROI, bid management, keyword strategy, optimization, innovation in SEM (search engine marketing)
�Develop new testing platform for copy and landing page strategies
�Collaborate with BU marketing planning team to expand and deploy keyword opportunities within each category
�Provide strategic and actionable insights and conclusions based on data/search environment
�Drive internal and external link building tactics to enhance natural search results
�Manage all financial goals for the SEM programs
�Create and get approval for full year weekly plans for SEM by BU
�Establish and deliver reporting and forecasting on business metrics (daily, weekly, monthly)
�Drive ongoing analysis of program and recommend and drive improvements
�Create and get approval for search expense budget. Perform monthly expense reconciliation with agency and finance. Ensure timely payment of all search invoices.
�Drive thought leadership in search engine marketing and experiences (e.g. click to call, local search)
�Develop, prioritize, implement & communicate progress on key initiatives that will optimize search
�Perform project management/coordination efforts across internal departments
�Consult with sears marketing and FLS teams
�Develop new strategies for integrated marketing across digital and traditional marketing channels
�Project management experience

�Online and/or search marketing a plus
