The Online Executive Sales Director is responsible for leading the fashion,  beauty, food , travel and well-being sites  to success; creating sales strategies, proposals, and presentations for core and new accounts.   The ideal candidate will possess;  online advertising sales experience, is adept at managing sales staff and have a proven ability to plan, develop, and implement online sales strategies with a sales team, as well as a successful track record of meeting sales goals.  The ability to produce quick, effective results, excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation techniques are essential to this role. They will also be responsible for working successfully with marketing counterparts to make sure the sales team has the best-in-market sales offerings and innovative programs.
