DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES

DePauw University seeks a talented and dynamic human resource professional to fill the position of Director of Human Resources. The Director of Human Resources will provide innovative strategic and operational leadership in planning and managing all programs of the Office of Human Resources. Duties include policy development and implementation; salary and benefit assessment and administration; recruitment and retention from local, regional and international locales; employee orientation and training, conflict mediation and resolution, and leadership and support for University diversity programs. This is a full-time, benefit eligible salaried position.

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of five years experience required; an advanced degree and PHR or SPHR certification are desirable.
