Job Description
Oakwood Worldwide is seeking a polished and professional Regional Sales Representative for our local market.

The ideal Regional Sales Representative will grow Oakwood�s business through cold calling, prospecting, and networking with businesses to provide temporary housing solutions around the globe. In this role, the Regional Sales Representative is responsible for developing relationships with new clients while selling a multitude of service solutions and increasing brand awareness.

The Regional Sales Representative role is a 50/50 inside and outside sales position, based out of a local office.

We're seeking individuals who are creative, proactive, confident, assertive, and driven who have the skill set and perspective to be more than a vendor or problem solver to our clients.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    � Develops proposals, conducts presentations, and negotiates pricing to close the sale.
    � Researches existing accounts, identifying opportunities for expanding service offerings.
    � Develops sales strategy, including comparing and providing an evaluation of Oakwood�s services to make appropriate recommendations based on client needs.
    � Services a book of existing accounts.
    � Self generates and prospects cold leads.
  • Job Requirements
    QUALIFICATIONS:

    � 1+ years sales experience
    � Face to face or inside sales experience
    � Experience selling multitude of products and services to clients.
    � Excellent organizational and communication skills
    � Computer literate in the following: Word, Exel, PowerPoint, Internet
