Title: Radar Signal Processing Embedded Software Engineer
Location: Melbourne, FL
Shift: 1st Shift
Duration: 01/07/2011
Workweek: 9/80
Compensation: $80/hr (DOE)

Job Description:

Real-time, embedded software developer (C/C++) for Joint STARS.
Will perform software development tasks, including requirements analysis, design, development, unit testing, and integration, also hardware/software integration.

Qualifications (Required):

Must have Radar Signal Processing Embedded Software Exp.
Must have DSP experience.
Must be familiar with development tools such as IDEs, and configuration control and defect tracking systems.
Must be a self-starter and able to handle multiple tasks in parallel, and must possess strong verbal/written communication skills.
Strong experience developing real time sensor signal processing software and in-depth knowledge of the VxWorks OS environment is required.
Must be familiar with SEI CMM/CMMI, IEEE and military standard software engineering practices.
Secret clearance is required. Acceptable INTERIM SECRET
Must have a BS degree in related computer science/engineering field with 10 years of applicable experience OR a Masters degree with 8 years experience.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
