OHL is currently seeking qualified applicants for Operations Excellence. This position is responsible for all assigned tasks relating to quality assurance. Other duties include: - Gathers information and maintains Activity Cards
- Runs Unitime reports
- Compares Unitime reports with Activity Cards
- Enters information into database
- Analyzes data which compares hours with no units and units with no hours – DQ unmatched
- Researches variances
- Runs reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Determines which associates should receive incentives at the end of the month
- Assists in the analysis for some of the process improvements, such as min/max, reslotting, etc
