We are currently seeking a District Sales Manager who will cover our Utah and New Mexico territory.

 

Within this integral position you will lead, coach and develop sales staff as well as develop the sales strategies for your area to ensure both profitable growth, which is aligned with all Quest Diagnostics' business objectives, and provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

 

We require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or the Life Sciences
  • Minimum 5 years of successful direct sales/marketing experience
  • Two years experience in a supervisory role with proven ability to direct and influence others to achieve common goals
  • Demonstrated ability to operate successfully in a complex organization structure
  • Ability to develop and sustain strong customer relationships
  • In-depth knowledge of sales management, market strategy and the healthcare industry
  • Excellent quantitative analysis skills
  • Solid verbal and written presentation skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • A valid drivers license
