Our client with offices located in the Portland, Oregon area is seeking an experienced SMT Machine Programmer
Job Title: SMT Machine Programmer
(NO Third party candidates No Subcontracting NO Corp-to-Corp NO Visa Sponsorships)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: up to 12 months
Location: Wilsonville, Oregon
Resources Required: 1
Pay Rate Range: Not to exceed $36/hr DOE W2 all-inclusive (no expenses, no relocation)
Overview and Requirements:
Provide SMT machine programs, assembly documentation, and technical support to our client's NPI assembly line
Worked with others in the department to make significant yield improvements in prototype assemblies.
Created thermal profiles for lead free solder process equipment. (Reflow oven, wave solder machine, BGA rework machine)
Troubleshoot and correct various issues with the manufacturing equipment in the department.
Maintained and support Cimbridge software.
Minimum: Bachelor's degree required.
5 years of equipment SMT Machine Programming experience using CAD tools.
Experience required in programming component libraries, SMT/surface mount placement equipment, and documentation for both engineering and production manufacturing.
