As a Senior Manager Special Assets, you are a member of PNC's MultiFamily Capital Group. Our seasoned professionals bring together one of the most experienced teams in the multifamily housing industry. PNC MultiFamily Capital is a leading provider of integrated products and services for the multifamily housing industry. Our portfolio of multifamily, senior and healthcare investments for the affordable and market rate housing industry has grown to over $2.5 billion. PNC MultiFamily's history of successes combined with the expertise of PNC's full-service team provides "one-source" for capital options our customers can count on. You will be based in our Louisville, Kentucky office. Your responsibilities will include working with a team of professionals who are responsible for workout of Section 42 tax credit properties. JobRequirements
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance or Real Estate
- Multi Family real estate fundamentals with a background in Section 42 tax credit property and workout strongly necessary.
- Minimum 5 years experience in underwriting with exposure to problem assets.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Prior experience with Section 42 property legal documentation required.
- Understanding the court process helpful.
- Qualified candidates must have the ability to evaluate multifamily operations through financial analysis and site inspections, and to assess apartment market characteristics through analysis of market studies, appraisals, site visits to comparable properties, and other market research methods.
- Significant experience in managing outside council, consultants, accountants, and other third party professionals.
