RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists the Assistant Vice President in overseeing the daily operations
of the Corporate Accounting Department and performs accounting functions with
emphasis on Statutory Financial reporting.
Primary
Responsibilities:

Responsible
for the timely and accurate completion of quarterly and annual statutory
financial statements.
·
Responsible
for variance analysis and reconciliations of various balance sheet accounts.
·
Maintain
and update compliance diary for state reporting.
·
Responsible
for quarterly and annual compliance filings.
·
Prepare
miscellaneous monthly and quarterly journal entries.
·
Assist
in the preparation of quarterly and annual internal management reports, and
analysis.
·
Responsible
for responding to requests from state regulatory authorities.
·
Assist preparing
information for external auditors interim and annual audit reviews.
·
Perform
other duties as assigned.
