Description Professional liability/E&O Policy Form Development
Coordinator. Responsible for creating, modifying and maintaining
specialized policy forms, endorsements, and manuscript endorsements.
Work with the underwriting departments in drafting policy
applications. Create and oversee a forms library. Create
specialized E&O policy forms from inception to include declarations,
insuring agreements, conditions, and exclusions. Create manuscript
endorsements for one-time use. Participate in new product
development. Draft policy applications in conjunction with the
Underwriting Department. Create, maintain and oversee a forms
library to contain all forms and endorsements in use, and standardize
terminology across applicable product lines. Perform other duties as
assigned.

executive, risk analyst, territory manager, marketing manager,
program manager, segment manager, analyst, account manager, product
line manager, product development, casualty, property
Requirements Minimum 5 years of insurance experience. Four-year
college degree desirable but not essential. Legal background is
required. Paralegal or lawyer training preferred. CPCU and/or RPLU
designation preferred. Must have strong technical knowledge of
insurance policy language and coverages including occurrence and
claims made terminology for professional liability line of business.
Must have knowledge of ISO forms language. Familiarity with state
regulations for admitted and non-admitted lines a plus. Must have
excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be PC literate
with emphasis on Word. Must have the aptitude to learn new
applications as may be required to perform daily job functions.
