We are currently seeking a skilled Supervisor-in-Training/Experienced Maintenance Technician in Hampton, VA!

Successful candidates will possess a minimum of 4 years experience of working apartment maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry.  Previous supervisory experience is helpful and HVAC certification required. Valid drivers license is a must. Background check required. Must be willing to participate in our emergency on call rotation.
