Description We have multiple opportunities for level one IT Help Desk Support positions at our Mechanicsburg, Pa. location.  We have multiple shifts available, both permanent and contract positions .  We are looking for people with at least 1-2 years of actual enterprise Helpdesk experience. Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office a must. Any experience with Lotus notes lotus notes or blackberry extremely helpful. Any bilingual applicants encouraged to apply. If you have great customer service skills,initiative, a strong work ethic, and solid knowledge of computers and networks in a corporate environment, we would love to hear from you now.  We do administer a 10 year criminal background check and a mandatory drug screen.
