Vacation Guides

 

Come to work with one of "Indiana's Best Places To Work" award recipients!  RCI's Indianapolis call center is currently seeking candidates available for full-time Vacation Guide opportunities.  Your work schedule will include 4 evenings through the week and one weekend day from 9:30am - 6:00pm.  You must be available for training for 4 weeks daytime hours M-F and 1 week evening hours M-F. Successful candidates will combine customer service and sales skills to assist our members with planning resort vacations.  Bi-lingual Spanish or French call center experience a plus.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 6 months of direct sales experience is required.
  • 6 months of customer service experience is required.
  • Basic computer skills required. 
  • This job encompasses both the entry and operating levels of skill and responsibility focused on competently selling a full range of products and services to members and customers.
  • Must feel comfortable sitting in a call center environment working on the phones and a computer for 7 hours out of 8 hours of the day.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish or French a plus
