Our client, a private post-secondary institution of higher education is seeking a Program Director for Allied Health in Altoona, PA. 

In this role, you will...

 

  • Manage faculty, students and curriculum.  
  • Administer practical nursing programs.   
  • Assist in program and curricula development.
  • Maintain positive student retention and ensure a quality education for students. 
        
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required, nursing degree preferred.
  • 3+ years experience as an allied health professional.
  • Must have strong clinical nursing skills, CPR and Phlebotomy.
  • 3+ years of post-secondary classroom teaching experience. 
  • Demonstrated effectiveness as an instructor. 
  • 5+ years of successful leadership and management experience.
  • Strong communication, team building and organizational skills.
