Position Description: 
Positions in this function write and edit material for various organization publications, including but not limited to internal communications and on-line content. These positions typically report into a Communications Manager or Director.
 
Primary Responsibilities:

• Create, transform and maintain HTML solutions for the organization's knowledge bases
• Contribute to the development of high-quality technical documentation regarding Knowledge Management technology and process components
• Attend to details and review content to ensure accuracy, applicability and conformity to established standards
• Analyze business needs/requirements and determine, in conjunction with other departments, best approach for content delivery in the organization's knowledge bases

Requirements Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of HTML Conversion experience is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and working knowledge of HTML (Dreamweaver or similar) and content standards
• Must be able to manage multiple projects
• Technical writing skills are strongly preferred
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred
• Undergraduate degree is preferred
