Description This position is responsible for leading the planning, coordination and preparation of accurate and timely filings of quarterly and annual earnings releases and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Form 10Q/10K filings, including consolidated financial statements, footnotes and MD&A.

This position has significant executive management exposure and offers the opportunity to develop a broad knowledge of operations and consolidated financial information. This position is also responsible for assisting the Director of Accounting Policy with technical accounting research, including the review, interpretation, communication and implementation of new accounting pronouncements. This position will work directly for the Vice President and Controller and work closely with the CFO, Corporate Accounting and Business Unit Controllers, Vice President of Tax, and internal and external auditors.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in accounting.
  • Certified Public Accountant with +/- 8 years of financial accounting and reporting experience, with at least 5 years SEC client public accounting firm and/or public company SEC reporting experience.
  • Expert knowledge of application of U.S. GAAP accounting and SEC reporting standards.
