Little Caesar Enterprises, Inc., home of the HOT-N-READY pizza, is looking for an experience and highly motivated Franchise Field Marketing Manager to join our southeast operations. As a
Franchise Marketing Manager you will be primarily responsible for developing, coordinating, and directing all marketing and advertising activities for franchise owners within the southeast region. This individual will provide ongoing direction and marketing counsel to franchise owners, local advertising co-ops, affiliated ad agencies and print distribution sources. The Field Marketing Manager will function as a consultant to franchisees by focusing their efforts on building sales, customer counts, and market share while making recommendations to support their business. This role will require up to 50% travel which may or may not require weekends and/or overnight stays.
This is a home office based position.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree with an emphasis on Marketing and/or Advertising or equivalent work experience may be considered; a minimum of 4 years proven experience in developing and executing local store and regional marketing plans; the ability to analytically and statistically evaluate overall sales and competitive trends; the ability to analytically and statistically evaluate print, broadcast, and local store marketing effectiveness; and demonstrated presentation and communication skills. Retail or Franchise experience strongly preferred.
