Description
Our client is a dynamic growth oriented interactive medical communications agency located in Central New Jersey who is looking to expand its creative staff. We are seeking experienced professionals within the medical communications field to join this exciting and innovative company.
We are currently seeking Senior Project Managers who will be responsible for developing and
executing strategic and tactical communication programs, including the day-to-day project
management from conceptual development through program delivery. Candidates we seek MUST have experience with interactive project management within a medical communications firm.
Responsibilities include:
· Leading assigned project activities
· Coordinate existing client project workflow activities
· Ensure projects are delivered within client’s expectations
· Keep team members abreast of projects status
· Establish schedules and timelines for team members
· Ensure that all documents, content, technology deliverables are correct and in conformance with company/client standards and quality objectives
· Monitor and approve budgets
Requirements
Qualifications include:
- BA/BS Degree
- 5+ years project management with interactive communications programs
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communications skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Sound judgment skills
- Project management within a medical communications firm
- Highly detail oriented
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
